Bank holiday weekend feels 😍 Throwback to our first meal out in a very long time earlier in the week. All the cool kids wear their hats backward 😅
First proper bit of Olympic lifting in about three months! Me and @jimmy.j.ray thought we'd play around with with the 21.4 complex (deadlift, clean, hang clean, jerk). 1st video: 85kg (full complex and hang clean pb) 2nd video: 90kg fail 3rd video:
