Such an amazing weekend spent in the company of some incredible humans.

It was all thrown together a bit last minute in the end but @tania_calfe @c.hasec and @max._watkins14 were the best teammates 💪

Bank holiday weekend feels 😍

Throwback to our first meal out in a very long time earlier in the week. All the cool kids wear their hats backward 😅

First proper bit of Olympic lifting in about three months!

Me and @jimmy.j.ray thought we'd play around with with the 21.4 complex (deadlift, clean, hang clean, jerk).
